Yoga & Meditation

Science has discovered spirituality and spirituality has been proven by science. When quantum science aligns with the interdisciplinary study of yoga, more possibilities and potential freedom to choose outcomes are created.

 
Reaching a state of meditation through systematic relaxation balances gross and subtle endpoints in the body and the mind, producing the experience that lies at the center of creativity.  As the breath slows down and deepens, the heartrate balances, and the body and mind are allowed to experience their original blueprint.  The result of this integration is the creation of space and the opening of energetic channels of thought and feeling. This changes the way we perceive and creates equanimity and opportunities for expansion.  


When yoga is practiced comprehensively, a meditative state is achieved.  When systematic relaxation leading to a state of meditation is practiced, yoga is experienced.
